Under the Hood Improvements: Numerous behind-the-scenes fixes impacting game logic, animations, save systems, and controller support. The player's flashlight now correctly casts shadows.
Story and Quest Fixes: Hundreds of fixes to main story missions and side quests, addressing issues with NPC spawning, quest progression, dialogue triggers, and objective completion. Specific mission fixes include those for "Wishful Thinking," "Three Captains," "Visions of Truth," and many others.
Side Missions and Encounters: Numerous fixes to side missions and open-world encounters, improving NPC behavior, loot distribution, and quest progression. Issues with repeatable missions and faction relationships have also been addressed.
The Zone and Environment: Improvements to level design, interactive objects, anomaly behavior, and environmental details across various regions. Fixes for getting stuck in locations like X-17 Lab and the Cooling Tower have been implemented.
Player Gear and State: Fixes to player animations, gear interactions, anomaly effects, and UI elements. Issues with grenade usage, reload animations, and suit upgrades have been resolved.
Player Guidance and Game Settings: Improvements to map tooltips, HUD elements, keybindings, and gamepad support. Integration of Razer Chroma and Sensa effects has also been added.
Audio, Cutscenes, and Voiceover: Fixes to cutscene animations, voiceover synchronization, and sound effects across the game. New music has been added, and existing sound effects have been refined.
