Sense of Wonder Night (SOWN) is a pioneering competition dedicated to discovering groundbreaking game concepts that evoke that magical "wow" moment—when players encounter something truly revolutionary. Now in its 18th edition, the event selects just eight exceptional titles from 165 submissions.

This initiative drives gaming innovation by spotlighting fresh design approaches, elevating awareness of visionary ideas, and energizing the entire industry.

Participation surged dramatically this year, with submissions jumping from 973 to 1,365 entries, complemented by 174 additional contributions from the Indie Game Area.
