Airtel Retailer Tribe

The Airtel Tribe App is the ultimate one-stop shop for all retailers, streamlining customer service and personal account management with Airtel. With this app, retailers can efficiently handle a wide range of customer services, including new customer registration, editing existing registrations, SIM SWAP, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, AM cash in/out transactions, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers for other retailers.

In addition to customer service, the Airtel Tribe App empowers retailers to manage their own accounts seamlessly. Key features include viewing and editing profiles, managing stock requests and purchases, viewing sales hierarchies, resetting AM/EVD pins, unlocking accounts, accessing agent loans, and conducting banking services directly from their accounts. The app also provides detailed insights into transaction history, commissions earned, and overall performance on Airtel services, allowing retailers to perform self-service tasks and submit service requests to Airtel effortlessly.

To keep retailers informed and engaged, the app supports the listing of key training notes, surveys, and digital notices.
