Upcoming Roguelite Adventure 'Coromon' Heads to Multiple Platforms

TouchArcade Rating: Following the mobile release of Coromon, the popular monster-collecting game from TRAGsoft, we're excited to announce a roguelite spin-off: Coromon: Rogue Planet! Launching next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android, this free-to-play title promises a fresh take on the series.

Coromon: Rogue Planet combines the turn-based combat of its predecessor with addictive roguelite elements, creating an endlessly replayable monster-catching experience. The Steam page boasts 10 dynamic biomes, 7 unique playable characters, over 130 monsters, and much more. Check out the official announcement trailer below:

The original Coromon is already available for free on mobile. We're eager to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet translates to mobile platforms and whether its release will coincide with the Steam and Switch versions. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds incredibly appealing – the Steam screenshots suggest it'll be perfect for short bursts of play. In the meantime, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS.
