Exploding Kittens 2: The Explosive Sequel Arrives Tonight!

Marmalade Game Studio is unleashing Exploding Kittens 2, the official sequel to the wildly popular card game, later today. The creators behind the video game adaptation and Netflix animated series are adding new gameplay and features to this latest iteration.

Familiar Fun, Enhanced Features

Exploding Kittens 2 retains the quirky charm of its predecessor, boasting customizable avatars, expressive emojis, and vibrant animations that bring the cards to life. The game features a multitude of game modes, challenging players to outsmart opponents using Bear-o-dactyl cards while avoiding the infamous Exploding Kittens. Strategic use of Defuse and Nope cards (including the new "Nope Sandwich"!) is key to victory.

Three classic expansions—Imploding Kittens, Streaking Kittens, and Barking Kittens—have been revamped and included, with a season pass offering access to these and 10 more expansions launching soon. Players can personalize their avatars with stylish outfits and use a range of emojis to taunt rivals or simply express their playful chaos.
