But if you prefer a pressure-free learning experience, or if you're feeling mischievous and want to help (or hinder!) your friends, admin commands can be a game-changer.
Multiplayer Project Zomboid hosts automatically have admin privileges. However, if you want to share this power with others, you'll need to know how to grant them access. This guide provides a complete list of useful admin commands and how to utilize them.
How to Use Admin Commands in Project Zomboid
To use admin commands, a player must have admin status on the server. The server host automatically has this status. To grant admin access to other players, simply type the following command into the in-game chat window, replacing
with the player's in-game name:
/setaccesslevel
admin
