Nonogram.com Mobile Game Marks 10-Year Milestone

Author : Aurora Jan 13,2026

A decade ago, Picture Cross launched as "World's Biggest Picture Cross," aspiring to become the premier mobile nonogram experience. Today, featuring more than 10,000 puzzles, Picture Cross marks its 10th anniversary with new gameplay modes and additional challenges.

Play the Game if You Haven't Already

Picture Cross offers an enormous selection of puzzles, spanning various grid sizes and difficulty levels from Easy to Expert. The core gameplay remains faithful to the classic nonogram format. You interpret number clues to correctly fill grid squares, gradually unveiling a pixel art image.

The images you unlock come in complete themed collections and hidden poster scenes. The game includes over 60 themed puzzle packs. Dive into Motorsport for a hundred high-speed puzzles, or venture into space with Moonshot, a set of 100 cosmic challenges.

For lovers of retro courses, there's Mini Golf; music enthusiasts can explore Rockstar; and Sci-Fi Celebration caters to fans of aliens and futuristic technology. You can also face Mythical Monsters, experience Fairy Tales, or excavate ancient secrets in Archaeology.

For a more down-to-earth theme, try A Day At The Races or The Airport, each presenting a unique scene to reveal. Pirates! offers a treasure trove of swashbuckling puzzles. If you've completed everything, the Encyclopedia of Picture Cross provides a remixed selection to maintain the challenge.

Celebrate Picture Cross's 10th Anniversary with New Routes and Modes

A Map View is available to help you chart your puzzle-solving journey. A new Tournament Mode is now live for competitive players. Additionally, a useful playing guide offers solving strategies. Both classic and multi-colour puzzles are integrated into all game modes.

Pete Williamson, CEO of the game's creator, puzzling.com, expressed his delight at the game's 10-year milestone. He extended a sincere thank you to the fans and hinted that more updates are planned for 2025 and beyond. You can download the game from the Google Play Store.
