Mawile Joins Pokémon Sleep Cooking Event

A formidable new Pokémon is joining your research logs—Mawile makes its Pokémon Sleep debut with its signature powerful jaws. Plus, don't miss the upcoming Packed Portions Cooking Week starting next week.
Mawile's Arrival in Pokémon Sleep
From June 9th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. GMT, Mawile will appear during sleep research sessions. Seek this Steel-type Pokémon on Greengrass Isle, Taupe Hollow, or Old Gold Power Plant, especially during Slumbering sleep styles.
Mawile's Hyper Cutter ability (also called Ingredient Draw S) randomly fetches ingredients—sometimes yielding bonus quantities. Meanwhile, the Packed Portions Cooking Week Part 1 event runs concurrently until June 16th.
The event boosts cooking mechanics across all areas: daily pot capacity increases by 50%, reaching 200% on Sundays. Meals restore +5 Energy, and ingredient-fetching skills become 1.5x more effective.
Dishes provide 1.5x Strength normally—jumping to 3x for Extra Tasty dishes and 4.5x for Sunday's Extra Tasty creations. Ingredient-specialist Pokémon gather bonus materials during their usual collection rounds.
Team Training Opportunities
For a limited time, the Mini Candy Boost function offers 2x EXP from candies at reduced Dream Shard costs—though requiring four times more shards per candy than standard boosts.
Additional Pokémon including starter Pokémon (Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle), rare finds (Dratini, Eevee), and fan favorites (Heracross, Sprigatito) will appear alongside Mawile in sleep research.
