Infinity Nikki Reports Huge Earnings During First Month

Infinity Nikki's Phenomenal Debut: $16 Million in First-Month Revenue

Infinity Nikki, the latest installment in the popular Nikki series, has shattered expectations, generating nearly $16 million in mobile game revenue within its first month. This surpasses previous Nikki titles by a staggering 40 times, highlighting the game's immense popularity.

The game's success is largely attributed to its strong performance in China, where it garnered over 5 million downloads, accounting for over 42% of its total downloads. This significant player base in China is a key factor in its financial achievement.

Launched in December 2024 by Infold Games (Papergames in China), Infinity Nikki boasts a captivating Miraland setting where players guide Nikki and her cat, Momo, on a whimsical adventure. Gameplay centers around dressing Nikki in outfits imbued with the power of Whimstars, magical energy used to solve puzzles and progress through the story. The diverse nations and cultures within Miraland add to the game's appeal.

AppMagic data (via Pocket Gamer) reveals a strong launch week with $3.51 million in revenue, followed by $4.26 million and $3.84 million in the subsequent weeks. While weekly revenue decreased to $1.66 million by the fifth week, the cumulative total still reached nearly $16 million. This surpasses even the impressive international launch of Shining Nikki in 2021 ($6.2 million) and dwarfs Love Nikki's first-month revenue ($383,000).

Initial daily revenue peaked at over $1.1 million on December 6th, but subsequently declined. While daily earnings dipped below $500,000 by December 21st, reaching a low of $141,000 on December 26th, the release of Version 1.1 on December 30th saw a significant rebound, nearly tripling daily revenue to $665,000.

Infinity Nikki is available for free on PC, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android. The developers plan to sustain the game's success through regular updates and seasonal events, such as the Fishing Day Event, ensuring a continually engaging experience for players. Note that these figures represent mobile platform earnings only and exclude revenue from the PC and PlayStation 5 versions.
