This week, Arrowhead rolled out the full Illuminate invasion, introducing new enemy types. In-game narrative suggested the Illuminate were advancing toward Super Earth, and a leak from the official Czech Republic Threads account indicates players will soon face them on their home planet.

Redditor xTekshi discovered the now-deleted post, which mentioned a "Heart of Democracy" update slated for May 20. Although the update’s name aligns with this week’s official messaging, neither Sony nor Arrowhead have confirmed a May 20 release.

The timing of a May 20 release would align with the conclusion of the current Major Order, adding credibility to the rumor.

The update seems almost certain, with Sony and Arrowhead’s messaging (“High Command believes this Fleet's ultimate objective to be the invasion of Super Earth itself” and “Battle on Super Earth is inevitable”) reinforcing its likelihood.

Fans suspect the Czech account inadvertently revealed Helldivers 2’s next major update, which could include combat on Super Earth. If confirmed, this would mark a bold evolution for the high-octane third-person action game, previously limited to alien planet maps, offering a fresh urban battlefield.
