Clash Royale has finally introduced a major upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. This fiery Legendary card receives its long-awaited Evolution nearly a decade after its initial release. To celebrate this milestone, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a creative reveal campaign.

The Evolution version of Inferno Dragon fundamentally changes its combat mechanics. While the original card resets damage when changing targets, the evolved variant maintains its accumulating damage for more powerful attacks.

New Season Ignites With Inferno Dragon Evolution

Dubbed "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the current season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution alongside the return of the fan-favorite 2v2 League mode. Players can team up with friends or be matched randomly to climb the competitive ladder.

Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer valuable rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and unique cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 delivers an exclusive Battle Banner complete with frame and decorations, along with an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows up with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To highlight the new Evolution cards, developers have prepared numerous Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July:

• Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
• Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) with Battle Banner and Emote rewards
• Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allowing 4 Evolution Cards per deck
• Magical Trio (June 16-23)
• 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
• Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) permitting 8 Evolution Cards per deck
