Genshin Update: First Glimpse of Enigmatic 6.0 Zone
Genshin Impact Version 6.0 Leaks: Nasha Town and Nod-Krai's Location Revealed?
Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. While development on Natlan continues, beta builds are progressively adding placeholders for Snezhnaya, the Cryo Nation ruled by the Tsaritsa. Snezhnaya's immense size, potentially exceeding Sumeru and Liyue, spanning west from Natlan and north around Fontaine, necessitates a regional division.
Initial leaks suggested Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent datamining strongly indicates its location. As an autonomous province, Nod-Krai serves as a crucial trade hub connecting Snezhnaya to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's statements place Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's south, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.
Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster point to a placeholder landmass in the latest Version 5.4 beta build, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears connected to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion. While this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timing, the evidence strongly suggests a connection to Nasha Town and Nod-Krai.
What is Nod-Krai?
Nod-Krai is a region and city on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite some order maintained by the Voynich Guild, it's known for its lawlessness. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement, and Nod-Krai's inhabitants are rumored to possess power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.
Dividing Snezhnaya might prove controversial, but its scale likely necessitates a multi-year release, considering both narrative and development aspects. With Natlan's Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will likely prepare the stage for Snezhnaya. While Capitano's fate remains unclear, Natlan will introduce Skirk, a playable character with ties to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring unforeseen delays, Version 6.0 is slated for a September 10, 2025 launch.
