Fortnite Drops Reload Mode, Bringing Back Classic Guns and Iconic Maps!

Fortnite's new "Reload" mode brings back classic locations and weapons with a modern twist! This fast-paced mode throws 40 players onto a smaller map packed with nostalgic favorites like Tilted Towers and Retail Row.

What Makes Reload Mode Unique?

In Reload, squad wipes are permanent – one player down means the whole squad is out. This high-stakes format keeps the action intense, whether you prefer Battle Royale or Zero Build. The mode features a selection of unvaulted weapons, including fan favorites like the Revolver, Tactical Shotgun, and Rocket Launcher.

The Reboot Timer adds another layer of strategy, starting at 30 seconds and increasing to 40 as the match progresses. Eliminating opponents reduces this timer, allowing for quicker revivals. Upon elimination, players drop resources to aid their teammates, creating a dynamic and resource-intensive battle.

Rewards and Challenges

Complete the intro quests for some seriously rewarding XP boosts! Earn the Digital Dogfight Contrail (3 quests), Pool Cubes Wrap (6 quests), NaNa Bath Back Bling (9 quests), and The Rezzbrella Glider (Victory Royale). Victory Crowns are also still in play.
