Embarking on the side quest "A Good Scrub" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* sets you on a path filled with bathhouse-related adventures. One of these tasks involves finding an item infested with fleas for Betty. Here's how to navigate through the quest and locate the flea-ridden item you need.

Pick Up 'A Good Scrub'

Your journey begins with a conversation with the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about potential work, leading you to Betty, the owner of one of the two bathhouses in the city. Her establishment is situated in the southeast part of Kuttenberg. Express your interest in working for her, and she'll send you to Grund to find Matsek.

Matsek is reluctant to be seen with the girls he's supposed to bring to the bathhouse. Approach him in the courtyard and then converse with the three girls at a nearby table. Mention you're there on Betty's behalf and accompany them back to the city.

Promote the Bathhouse

Upon returning the girls to Betty, your next task is to help her advertise the bathhouse to attract customers. Work with her to craft an effective pitch, then head out to shout it at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. Remember, this must be done during the day, so if it's late, wait until morning before starting.

Clean Up the Bathhouse and Finish 'A Good Scrub'

After promoting the bathhouse, you'll need to clean it up before the alderman's inspection. Failing to complete these tasks swiftly could lead to the bathhouse being shut down, preventing you from picking up the subsequent quest, "Ill Repute," from Betty.

Finding Fleas for 'Ill Repute' in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Once you pass the inspection, discuss the ongoing issues with Betty. She'll reveal that the city council is deciding on the main bathhouse, and you need to make the councillor leave the competing bathhouse. Start by gathering information about the councillor's dislikes from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida.

To sabotage the competing bathhouse, you'll need Chamomile Brew to add to the wine cask on the second floor. For Lida to share that the councillor favors fragrant oils, you must first obtain a noblewomen's dress from a tailor and give it to her. To sabotage further, head to the third floor, lockpick a cabinet, and steal the oils.

Katcha will mention the bathhouse's past flea problem. To find the flea-infested item in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City. There, you'll find a small camp of beggars. Search the sacks to locate a flea-infested blanket.

With the fleas in hand, return to the bathhouse and head to the room where you previously added the Chamomile Brew to the wine. When no one is around, interact with the baskets and pour the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket and the clean laundry basket.

If you struggle to find the flea-infested item, remember that completing just one of the three tasks is sufficient to make the councillor leave, allowing you to complete the quest and move on to others like "Axe from the Lake."
