Evil Queen Joins Disney Speedstorm Racetrack

Disney Speedstorm continues to surprise us by diving deep into the Disney Vaults, and this time, they've brought out a truly iconic character to the racetrack: the Evil Queen from Snow White. Known as Grimhilde to trivia buffs, she's set to join the roster in a stunning purple jumpsuit and a kart that's as baroque as her character.

As a member of the Trickster class, the Evil Queen is all about playing dirty to keep her opponents from taking the checkered flag. Her standard ability involves handing out a Poison Apple to the first racer she touches, significantly slowing them down. If that's not enough, her charged ability calls upon the Magic Mirror to drastically reduce the speed of the leading racer. These abilities, rich with references to her role in the classic film, are sure to be a formidable challenge on the track.

It's almost surprising that it took Disney Speedstorm this long to introduce the most villainous of all Disney villains, but her arrival is certainly worth the wait. To celebrate her inclusion, a new limited-time event will allow players to earn Evil Queen shards during their races.
