Crunchyroll Drops Roguelike Rhythm Game Crypt Of The NecroDancer On Android

Crunchyroll brings the rhythm-based roguelike, Crypt of the NecroDancer, to Android! Now available as "Crunchyroll: NecroDancer," this beat-matching adventure challenges players to dance their way through procedurally generated dungeons.

Originally released on PC in 2015, and previously on iOS and Android, this Crunchyroll release boasts expanded content. Brace Yourself Games' title casts players as Cadence, a treasure hunter's daughter seeking her missing parent within a rhythmically-infused crypt.

What awaits you in the Crypt?

Featuring 15 playable characters, each with unique abilities, players must move and attack in time with Danny Baranowsky's original soundtrack. Miss a beat, and it's game over! Face off against a variety of musically-inclined enemies, from dancing skeletons to hip-hop dragons.

More Than Just a Port

This mobile version includes remixes, new content, and even Danganronpa character skins! Cross-platform multiplayer and mod support are also included. Further, Hatsune Miku DLC and the Synchrony expansion are planned for later this year.
