"Complete Hush, My Darling Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2: Step-by-Step Guide"

How to Finish Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Speak with Martha

Your first stop is to find Martha in Miskowitz. She's in the house connected to the forge, which is located in the southeast part of the village. Once inside, strike up a conversation and ask if she needs help. When she mentions needing a skilled blacksmith, confidently say, "I’m a blacksmith! I’d be glad to help," to kick off the "Hush, My Darling" side quest.

If you haven't completed it yet, you might also want to chat with the bailiff about Matthew from the Dry Devil's group. Conveniently, the bailiff is standing right next to Martha, so you can use that as a landmark to find her.

Craft Horseshoes

You might already have the necessary items for this part of the quest. You'll need two Farmer’s Horseshoes, which you could have crafted earlier while leveling your blacksmithing skills. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to create them. Once you've crafted the horseshoes, return to Martha.

Find Victoria

Martha tells you that the horseshoes are for Victoria, and you volunteer to deliver them to keep the quest moving forward. Victoria's house is a short distance south of the forge. When you arrive, you'll find her house empty but notice blood on the floor upon opening the first door on the left. Investigate the blood when prompted during "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, then report back to Martha. She suggests that you check Sigismund’s camp to look for Victoria.

Sigismund’s Camp

Head to Sigismund’s camp, located south of Opatowitz. If you're also searching for Matthew related to the Dry Devil quest, you might spot him on the path to the camp. Once there, find the camp's blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He'll mention a soldier named Black who showed interest in her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent, as he's currently ill.

Black will ask for medicine before he'll help you, so give him a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning. If you don't have one, craft it and return to give it to him. Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before he'll share information. Black will reveal that he said some things to Victoria and thinks she might have gone into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker to find her sitting on a stump.

Victoria is understandably upset, so have a conversation with her about the situation. The choices you make in dialogue don't affect later events, but if you made Black promise to look after Victoria, you can share that with her, giving her some hope for the future.

Completing this conversation will finish "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. From here, you can move on to the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
