Before embarking on "Under the Straw Hat," you must first initiate the "In Vino Veritas" side quest. This quest unfolds in Kuttenberg, where you can find Casper Rudolf offering free wine samples on the west side of the city. Casper needs information to enhance his wine, setting the stage for your involvement.

You have two pathways: directly approach Havel with some wine knowledge, or retrieve Casper's book from Adleta to deepen your understanding. If you choose to meet Havel directly, ensure you're well-dressed and clean. During your conversation, select "Germany," "Steinberger," and "It’s missing ginger" as your responses to extract valuable information. Relay this intel back to Casper.

Access the Vineyard

Next, Casper tasks you with infiltrating the vineyard north of Kuttenberg to learn more about the incense Havel mentioned. Avoid trespassing by sticking to the main road into the vineyard. Speak to the recruiter, who will introduce you to the "Under the Straw Hat" quest. Continue along the road, pass the guard at the estate entrance, and locate Jerome on a bench. Inform Jerome that you're reporting for work, and he'll brief you on your vineyard duties.

Working at the Vineyard

Your job at the vineyard begins the following day. Return to the vineyard in the morning after a night's rest. To earn wages, you'll need to move sacks to their designated spots and pick plants like Thistle near the vines. Alternatively, you can skip these tasks and focus on acquiring the secret incense.

The incense is stored in the wine cellar of the main building, accessible from the downstairs area where you met Jerome. Be cautious; even as a worker, you're not allowed here, and getting caught means punishment. Use a lockpick or steal the keys from Jerome to enter the cellar. Locate a chest inside and collect all the Sulphur Wicks. This fulfills the main objective, but you can also pick up seedlings for Casper to boost your reward. From the main building's entrance, head straight to the opposite door to find the seedlings. Remember, this is trespassing, so be swift in grabbing five seedlings and exiting.

If you've completed your work, collect your pay from Jerome at day's end. Otherwise, return to Casper with the wicks and, if you managed to collect them, the seedlings.
