Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. Once regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a mannequin transformation into zombies. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call from the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room. After clearing them, a mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination.

Before engaging the abomination, gather armor, weapons, and the essential grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend from the A.C.R. room. Next, acquire the Green Card in the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone; you need to find four documents and place them in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue you; they freeze when you turn. Quickly locate the documents: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and the last in the cafe. After placing the documents, a red mannequin attacks. Repeatedly grapple it until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie; defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. A mimic spawns; lure it out by shooting moving objects and eliminate it to get the Blue Card.

Securing the Red Card

Head to the East Wing (marked on the map), following red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. The console reveals the Red Card's location. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through a red tunnel, climb ladders, and clear zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code.

Activate the console, triggering a 25-second timer to turn drain switches. One is in the starting room, one in the unlocked room, and the last requires the grappling hook. After draining the water, follow the Mangler's trail and defeat it along with its horde to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone to trigger a final confrontation with countless zombies and a Disciple. Complete the mission by defeating them and surviving the ensuing hallucination.
