Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th. This update serves as the final chapter before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus, the Eternal Land, as hinted by Black Swan.

Final Preparations in Penacony

Version 2.7 concludes the Penacony storyline. Before embarking on their new adventure, the crew reconnects with familiar faces, sharing poignant moments and culminating in a memorable performance at the Grand Theater. This performance introduces two new characters: Sunday and Fugue.

Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Pepeshi, Wonweek, delivers a spectacular final act. As a 5-star Imaginary character, his ultimate ability focuses on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff upon a teammate and their summon.

Fugue, also known as Tingyun, makes her reappearance following the intense events of Version 1.2. Having narrowly escaped death, she owes her survival to Madam Ruan Mei of the Genius Society. This 5-star Fire character excels at weakening enemies; her ultimate unleashes a fiery attack, significantly reducing enemy Toughness and dealing substantial Fire DMG.

What's New in Version 2.7?

Version 2.7's warp events feature the return of General Jing Yuan (first half) and Firefly (second half).

A significant addition to the Astral Express is the Party Car—a luxurious marble bar with a robotic bartender, offering a unique setting against the backdrop of the infinite Cosmos.

The "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event allows players to personalize their storage room, transforming it into a cozy living space. Using Express Funds earned through completing tasks, players can collect furniture and create areas such as a bedroom and bathroom.
