"Among Us 3D Launching Soon: Enjoy Multiplayer Without VR"

In 2022, Innersloth transformed the way fans engaged with Among Us by launching a virtual reality adaptation that received glowing reviews. Now, the studio is steering the game in another thrilling direction with Among Us 3D, which immerses players in a fully interactive first-person experience—without the need for a VR headset.

Players can anticipate the familiar mechanics they adore, reimagined for conventional gaming setups. A teaser trailer provides a sneak peek into the future, highlighting how tasks, meetings, and sabotages will unfold from the perspective of their characters. Additionally, fans will get the opportunity to explore this new format during Steam’s upcoming "Game On" festival, where a free demo will be available for testing.

Although an official release date remains unannounced, Among Us 3D will premiere on PC as its primary platform. The game will be fine-tuned for keyboard and mouse control, featuring an enhanced interface designed to improve accessibility. Cross-play capabilities will enable users of Among Us 3D to collaborate with players on Among Us VR, while the original version will continue independently.

To amplify the player experience, Innersloth intends to introduce a new in-game currency called Stardust within the coming months. This addition seeks to broaden customization options, offering players additional means to personalize their avatars and support the game’s continuous development.
