The Guardians of the Road initiative has been revitalized with a completely redesigned application offering streamlined functionality and superior user experience.
Become a Road Safety Guardian
Join our life-saving community initiative today! The award-winning "Guardians of the Road - Our Shared Responsibility" program was established in 2016 to promote road safety awareness and encourage responsible driving habits. Since January 2023, the program has been managed by the nonprofit "Safe Journey" organization.
How to Participate
Any adult citizen aged 18+ can download the Road Guardians mobile application and begin reporting dangerous driving behaviors. The intuitive app operates with remarkable efficiency:
- Activate the app when starting your journey
- When witnessing traffic violations, simply trigger the reporting function
- Choose between voice command or steering wheel Bluetooth button activation
- The app automatically records and documents the incident details
Reporting Process
All submitted reports are reviewed by our certified volunteer traffic specialists. Upon verification:
- Drivers receive digital notifications with video evidence
- Extreme violations are escalated to law enforcement
- All submissions undergo rigorous quality control
