This application facilitates STM32 microcontroller firmware updates via USB cable using the USB DFU protocol. It leverages STMicroelectronics documentation (AN2606 and AN3156) for STM32 boot modes and the USB DFU protocol.

Prerequisites:

• Your mobile device must support USB OTG.

Preparation:

1. Connect your STM32 board to your mobile device using a USB OTG cable.
2. Activate the STM32 bootloader mode (refer to AN2606 for specific instructions based on your CPU model; this typically involves configuring BOOT0 and BOOT1 pins).

Programming:

1. Select the firmware file (.hex, .srec, .dfu, or raw binary).
2. Configure options: selective page erasure, readout protection disabling (if needed), and automatic CPU execution post-programming.
3. Click "Load file to flash" and await completion.

Additional Features:

The application also offers:

• Flash erasure
• Flash blank check
• Flash comparison against the selected file

These functions are accessible via the application menu.

Usage Restrictions:

The application allows up to 25 free firmware uploads. Beyond this limit, you can purchase one of two upgrade options:

1. 100 additional uploads
2. Unlimited application usage
