Enthusiasts are easily creating impressive concepts with today's technology, and a retro-styled Cyberpunk 2077 movie adaptation is the latest dream project. Several tech enthusiasts, leveraging modern technology, have presented compelling concepts, this time focusing on Cyberpunk 2077.
Sora AI, a YouTube channel, continues its creative experiments, offering a vision of the hit CD Projekt RED game adapted for the screen. The video showcases familiar characters reimagined in a style reminiscent of 1980s action films.
While some CDPR characters undergo significant transformations, they remain largely recognizable. The showcase includes characters from both the main game and the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion.
Recent advancements in DLSS 4 technology, particularly the new Vision Transformer model, have dramatically improved image quality in super-resolution and ray reconstruction. The enhanced frame generation, producing two or three intermediate frames instead of one, further boosts performance.
DLSS 4 performance was tested on an RTX 5080 using an updated version of Cyberpunk 2077. With path tracing enabled, the game consistently achieved over 120 frames per second at 4K resolution, a testament to DLSS 4's advancements.
