How To Find & Talk To Outlaw Midas in Fortnite Chapter 6

Fortnite Chapter 6’s new Story Quests, Wanted: Midas, are here, and they revolve around the Outlaw Keycard—unlocked after completing the Community Quest. This guide shows you how to find and speak with Outlaw Midas in Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 2: Lawless.

Completing the first five Wanted: Midas Quests is a significant undertaking, requiring you to obtain an Outlaw Keycard of the correct rarity, open an Outlaw Chest, and even use a Sensor Backpack to steal a mask. The final stage, however, presents another challenge. Stage 6 requires you to speak with Midas about the Zero Point Shard. Unlike other NPCs, Outlaw Midas only appears after the Community Quest's completion, making his location a bit of a mystery.

Outlaw Midas is located underground in the Black Market northeast of Masked Meadows, Keisha Cross's home. While you can enter through the main building, this area can be heavily contested, especially due to a nearby Reboot Van. A safer approach is using the sewer entrance east of the building. This leads directly into the Black Market.

Midas is found behind the Outlaw door at the back of the Black Market. If you've already completed previous quests, you'll have the Outlaw Keycard needed to open this door. Note that the door might already be open, as any player can open it for the entire lobby.

Once inside, simply approach Midas and interact with him until the conversation concludes. This completes the final stage of the Wanted: Midas Quests, rewarding you with 30,000 XP. After all that effort, you can finally return to the battle royale!
