Monster Hunter Now Season 3: Curse of the Wandering Flames Launches Soon!
As the leaves start to fall and autumn kicks in, the monsters come crawling out—not in real life, thankfully, but in Monster Hunter Now. The game is gearing up for its thrilling Season 3: Curse of the Wandering Flames, launching on September 12th, 2024, at 12 AM (UTC).
What’s In Store In Monster Hunter Now Season 3?
Prepare for some exciting additions to the game. Season 3 introduces formidable new monsters: Magnamalo, Rajang, and Aknosom. These beasts will challenge even the most seasoned hunters. Once you've unlocked them through urgent quests, they'll be roaming the wild, ready for you to take them down.
Rajang adds an extra layer of thrill with the chance of appearing in Hunt-a-thons. However, don't rely on the Monster Tracker to spot him easily; you'll need your wits and a good dose of luck to conquer this beast!
For those who prefer long-range combat, the Heavy Bowgun is a new addition that can cause explosive damage from afar. This weapon features two types of Special Skills: depending on your Bowgun, you can unleash a barrage of Wyvernheart shots or line up a devastating Wyvernsnipe shot.
The much-anticipated cooking feature is also making its debut in Monster Hunter Now Season 3. You'll be able to whip up Well-Done Steaks that not only look appetizing but also come with unique in-game effects. Additionally, new hunter medals, equipment, and skills like the Hellfire Cloak are on the way.
However, some monsters are taking a break as Season 3 rolls out. Radobaan, Banbaro, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and a few others will be temporarily absent from the field. Don't fret; they'll return once you complete the necessary urgent quests.
From September 2nd to October 6th, take advantage of limited-time packs available in the in-game shop. These packs offer a variety of useful items, including extra Potions with the Recovery Bargain Pack and the Hunt Support Pack. So, download Monster Hunter Now from the Google Play Store and gear up for an unforgettable Season 3!
