Monster Hunter Now Preps for 2025 Spring Festival with New Monsters

Monster Hunter Now has just unveiled its exciting 2025 Spring Festival update, running from April 14th to April 27th. This seasonal event brings a host of new content and challenges to the game, including new gear and the debut of an aggressive new monster.

Who’s the New Monster?

The new monster making its debut is the formidable Ebony Odogaron. Unlike a simple reskin, this version is significantly more aggressive than its standard counterpart. You'll recognize the Ebony Odogaron by the black smoke oozing from its mouth. This fierce creature can be encountered in various environments, including forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. With its broader roaming area and fiercer attitude, prepare for a challenging battle. During the Monster Hunter Now Spring Festival 2025, you'll also encounter familiar faces like Kulu-Ya-Ku as part of the event's quests.

One of the highlights of the event is the opportunity to collect Spring and Rainbow Eggs. You can obtain these eggs by defeating monsters or participating in the special Hunt-a-thons. These eggs can then be traded at the Event Exchange Hub for some fantastic items.

The excitement ramps up on April 18th when Giant Egg Toys start appearing in Hunt-a-thons. Breaking these toys will reward you with a substantial stash of exchangeable Eggs.

Throughout the event, limited-time quests offer exclusive rewards. Completing these quests will allow you to unlock a Spring Festival 2025 medal, a special Guild Card background, and Spring 2025 Armor and Weapon Tickets. Additionally, Spring-themed equipment packs are available, adding a festive touch to your gear.
