Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo

New Kameo Fighter

Before stepping into the arena as a Kameo, Madam Bo made an appearance in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode. She faced off against Lin Kuei assassin Smoke as a supposed penalty for not paying protection money, but it was all part of a clever ploy to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Despite her unassuming appearance, Madam Bo is a force to be reckoned with. A former Lin Kuei associate and skilled martial artist, she has mentored both Raiden and Kung Lao.

In the gameplay footage, Madam Bo teams up with her students, unleashing powerful kicks and punches. She also smashes opponents with glass bottles and delivers a unique fatality that decapitates her foe, elegantly catching the head on a tea tray.

T-1000 Makes Its Guest Debut

Joining Madam Bo on March 18th is the chilling T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day. This liquid metal assassin enters the Mortal Kombat universe as a playable character, utilizing its shapeshifting abilities to wield a sword or machine gun against opponents.

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion

Madam Bo and T-1000 are key additions to the Khaos Reigns expansion for Mortal Kombat 1. This expansion extends the narrative of Liu Kang's New Era, introducing a new story campaign and a cinematic experience. Players will join Liu Kang as he mobilizes his champions to combat the ruthless Titan Havik, who poses a dire threat to the world and the New Era.

The Kombat Pack 2, part of the expansion, brings a variety of new and returning characters to the game. The pack began rolling out in September 2024 with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax. Ghostface from the Scream series joined in November, followed by Conan the Barbarian in January 2025.
