Krafton Unveils Dark and Darker Mobile Soft Launch, Global Release Imminent

Are you ready to plunge into a thrilling dark fantasy world filled with dungeons, danger, and loot? Krafton is set to unveil the soft launch of Dark and Darker Mobile tonight, and if you're a fan of games that blend dungeon crawls with both PvP and PvE gameplay, you'll want to dive right in.

Where Is the Dark and Darker Mobile Soft Launch?

The soft launch is kicking off in the US and Canada. Starting at 7:00 PM ET on February 5 (which translates to 12:00 AM UTC on February 6), Android users in these countries can embark on their adventure in Dark and Darker Mobile. For those outside these regions, mark your calendars for the global release slated for August 2025.

If you're already familiar with the PC version, you know what to expect. For newcomers, here’s the scoop: You enter a dungeon, scramble to collect as much treasure as possible, and then fight your way out before the ominous Dark Swarm overtakes you. With swarms of monsters, deadly traps, and other adventurers ready to steal your loot, surviving is no easy feat. You can choose from six distinct classes, each offering a unique approach to conquering the dungeon:

• The Wizard unleashes devastating magical attacks.
• The Barbarian charges through enemies with brute force.
• The Cleric keeps the team alive with healing spells.
• The Fighter wields swords and shields for frontline combat.
• The Ranger picks off foes from afar.
• The Rogue uses stealth and speed to strike from the shadows.

What Makes the Mobile Version Different?

The mobile version brings a few exciting changes to the table. For starters, solo adventurers can now rely on AI-controlled Sidekicks, powerful allies that boost your chances of survival.
