"Indiana Jones Update 3 Next Week: Fixes and Nvidia DLSS 4 Support"
Bethesda has announced that Update 3 for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is scheduled for release next week. In anticipation of the full patch notes, Bethesda shared initial details on the update via a tweet, revealing that it will include several fixes and improvements. Notably, Update 3 will introduce support for Nvidia DLSS 4, incorporating Multi Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction, enhancing the game's visual and performance capabilities.
Since its launch in early December, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has encountered numerous game-breaking bugs. Players are eagerly awaiting Update 3 to address these issues. Last month, Bethesda hinted that the February update would bring new graphical features and options, alongside bug fixes aimed at resolving problems that have hindered players from achieving 100% completion and navigating specific challenges in Sukhothai, such as climbing vines or squeezing through walls. It remains to be seen whether these fixes will be part of next week's patch.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, developed by MachineGames and launched on PC and Xbox Series X and S, was also available day-one on Game Pass due to its Microsoft ownership. The game has attracted 4 million players so far and has received critical acclaim, securing three awards at the D.I.C.E. Awards. A PlayStation 5 version is slated for release this spring.
In related news, Indiana Jones actor Harrison Ford commented on Troy Baker's portrayal of the iconic character in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, Ford expressed his satisfaction with Baker's performance, humorously noting, "You don’t need artificial intelligence to steal my soul. You can already do it for nickels and dimes with good ideas and talent. He did a brilliant job, and it didn’t take AI to do it."
