For immediate access, visit Lluisa Melcer at the Farmer's Market and Abritt Porrya in Piaza Mez Vidarro in Emerald Stair. Each merchant sells up to 5 Hylea's Talons for 450 coins apiece, providing a convenient and fast supply.
