Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2 'Through the Petals in the Land of Repose' Coming Soon!

Honkai: Star Rail is set to release its Version 3.2 update, titled 'Through the Petals in the Land of Repose,' on April 9th. This new chapter introduces fresh lore, thrilling battles, and new characters. As HoYoVerse celebrates the game's two-year anniversary, players can look forward to a variety of special events and giveaways.

What's in Store in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2?

The update introduces two new 5-star characters: Castorice (Remembrance) and Anaxa (Erudition). Castorice, a Chrysos Heir with a tragic backstory and exceptional abilities, is on a quest to find the lost Coreflame of Death, wielding the powerful Netherwing. On the other hand, Anaxa, one of the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, brings a scholarly approach to the team. His dark experiences have reshaped his worldview, and his Ultimate, Sublimation, can apply seven Weaknesses to all enemies simultaneously.

Returning characters will also grace the banners. In the first half of Version 3.2, players can look forward to reruns of Fugue, Jiaoqiu, and Acheron. Dr. Ratio will make his return in the second half, giving players another chance to add him to their roster.

HoYoverse has teased upcoming balance changes in Version 3.4 for Silver Wolf, Blade, Kafka, and Jingliu, though specifics are yet to be revealed. These adjustments are eagerly anticipated by the community. For a sneak peek at Version 3.2, check out the trailer below.

The Story This Time Is Heading to Styxia

The narrative of Version 3.2 takes players to Styxia, a forgotten city buried beneath the Sea of Souls, filled with dragon bones and haunted by spirits. Players will guide Castorice through this eerie landscape, uncovering the mysteries of the Titans and the draconic catastrophe that devastated the city.

To celebrate the game's anniversary, HoYoverse is offering 20 free pulls just for logging in. On the anniversary day, April 26th, players will receive 1,600 Stellar Jades and a special in-game card from a companion. Additionally, players can choose between a free 5-star character, Ruan Mei or Luocha.
