The success of Hogwarts Legacy, with approximately 22 million copies sold in 2023, hasn't gone unnoticed. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment president David Haddad, in a Variety interview, hinted at future Harry Potter game projects, suggesting the game's success will lead to "a series of other things" within the Wizarding World.
