Star Wars Jedi: Survivor enthusiasts will be thrilled to see new figures in this latest collection. Nightsister Merrin has received a new figure, and Cal Kestis is part of a three-pack set alongside Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure comes with multiple interchangeable heads, including one sporting a handlebar mustache, which Houle emphasizes was a key focus for this release.

"We just wanted to have fun with it," Houle shared with IGN. "This is one of my favorite packs that we revealed in the panel. We started with the handlebar mustache and the mullet, then added the clean cut and the short beard. For us, the handlebar look is the primary one—it's just so much fun."

Merrin's inclusion was a natural choice, given her significance in the Fallen Order/Survivor narrative. Reiff discussed the challenges of capturing her unique Force abilities, stating, "It's tough to have Cal without Merrin. So we're glad we finally got to Merrin, but doing that Force effect, the green blast, all the detail of the new costume and the face tattoos with inkjet printing—those are beautiful subtleties. She's a really cool character, and fans are deeply invested in her, so we're excited to build out that world."

This year's lineup also features Han Solo and Chewbacca, characters that have been frequently revisited by Hasbro. Despite this, Houle believes there is still room for improvement. "We haven't done them in a long time," Houle noted. "They needed an update, so we gave them fully new tools with the latest articulation, allowing fans to celebrate and enjoy these classic characters with the latest technology. We've made significant updates beyond just articulation. We learned a lot from the Wookiees we've done, especially with their long hair."

Houle added, "Despite the long hair, we used softer plastics to ensure Chewbacca can still pivot and move his head seamlessly. For Han, we added articulation to the top of the boot instead of a thigh break, keeping the red bars on his right thigh intact. We thought it was important to maintain that clean look."

Among the standout figures is The Ronin from the Star Wars: Visions anime series. This black-and-white figure, accented only by his red katana lightsaber, is a Celebration-exclusive release. Both Houle and Reiff emphasized the importance of perfecting the small details for this figure.

"I love that we stayed true to the original," Houle said. "We incorporated our learnings about Japanese culture into the design, from the premium look of the box to the hidden accessories and watercoloring. The packaging features magnets for a clean, elegant opening. We paid meticulous attention to everything from packaging to design and engineering."

Reiff added, "We even used Japanese language for the exclusive packaging, which we don't normally do. But since we're in Japan, we wanted to fully embrace the culture and create a special Japanese-language package."

Finally, Hasbro unveiled a detailed Death Trooper helmet for the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line. "It's a great, fully new tooled helmet for our Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff explained. "It looks like it's straight out of the movie with the weathering and lighting detail. You can control the chin lights and the spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. We worked closely with Lucasfilm using original files to nail the helmet's details, and we added our own interior details, which the real ones never had. This helmet is a fantastic addition to our line, complete with a fully detailed interior."
