Your job in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 was supposed to be as simple as delivering a letter, but that quickly devolves into a very complicated, multi-step affair. Your first mission in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is to attend a wedding, so here’s a detailed guide on how to do it.

Getting Into the Wedding in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

There are two main ways of getting into the wedding in Semine in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. One method requires you to speak with the miller Kreyzl, who's located all the way south. The other method involves speaking with the blacksmith Radovan in Tachov.

Regardless of who you choose, you'll have access to a bed and chest, which should make rest and open-world exploration much more manageable. Both NPCs will have different tasks for you, but they'll ultimately lead you to the wedding in Semine. Choose the character that appeals to you more and proceed with their questline.

For my playthrough, I chose Radovan, so I'll detail his quest steps below.

Learn Blacksmithing

When you first speak with Radovan in Tachov, you'll need to prove yourself as a blacksmith. The blacksmithing tutorial is straightforward, requiring you to heat the metal, shape it, and temper it into a weapon.

After completing the tutorial, you'll officially become Radovan's blacksmith apprentice. This grants you access to sleep in the backroom and use the anvil to forge items whenever you need.

Help Radovan Look For His Cart

After gaining Radovan's trust, speak with him the next day about a more intriguing job. He'll inform you that two of his helpers were tasked with delivering goods to Semine, but he hasn't heard back from them. You'll need to investigate and find out where they went.

Head south to Semine to trigger a cutscene, introducing you to Lord Semine and his guard Gnarly. You'll then join them on a quest to find the cart. Before departing, check with the stablehand to find Henry's lost horse, Pebbles. If your Speech skill is high enough and you're dressed appropriately, you can retrieve Pebbles for free, making travel much easier.

Follow the quest markers to locate the cart, and you'll eventually encounter bandits. After dealing with them, return to Semine and then to Tachov to update Radovan on the situation.

Forge a Sword For the Wedding

We're nearing the wedding! The final step is to forge a sword worthy of being a wedding gift for Lord Semine's son. Radovan will task you with retrieving the hermit's sword.

Before setting out, speak with the innkeeper to gather more information about the hermit and his alleged dealings with the devil. Then, head to Apollonia to continue the quest and gather the necessary items.

Bathe and Clean Up

Before you can formally enter the wedding venue in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you need to pass one final check. Ensure you're as clean as possible. While a trough will suffice, I recommend a proper bath at a bathhouse. Dress in your finest clothing and equip as many accessories as you can, such as rings and spectacles.

By appearing well-groomed and clean, you should pass the final check to enter the wedding and continue the story.
