According to the official press release, MindsEye centers around protagonist Jacob Diaz, who is equipped with a neural implant known as the MindsEye. This implant, however, has disrupted his memory, leaving him with fragmented flashbacks of his military service. Jacob embarks on a quest to uncover the truth about his past, only to find himself entangled with an AI-powered military force that aims to thwart his mission.

MindsEye has been in development for several years. After departing from Rockstar Games, Benzies established his new studio, Build a Rocket Boy, and collaborated with the acclaimed Hitman developer IO Interactive on this project. Marketed as a AAA action-adventure game, MindsEye is also set to introduce the Everywhere platform, which we likened to "Big budget Roblox" following a visit to their studio in 2024.

While the Everywhere platform was not highlighted in the new trailer, MindsEye itself promises to be a gripping addition to the action genre, crafted by one of its most influential figures. The game is slated for release in the summer of 2025.
