Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick expressed confidence in the Fall 2025 release of GTA 6. However, he acknowledged the potential for delays, stating, "Look, there's always a risk of slippage and I think as soon as you say words like absolutely, you jinx things." Despite this, Zelnick remains optimistic, saying, "We feel really good about it," regarding the game's expected release window. While he refrained from discussing GTA 6's development in detail, he emphasized Rockstar's pursuit of perfection, noting, "I never claim success before it occurs. I'm fond of saying arrogance is the enemy of continued success, so we're all running scared and looking over our shoulders and we know that the competition is not asleep. Our whole organization is super excited."
