Genshin Impact: Master Abyssal Corruption

In Genshin Impact, completing the "Vaulting the Wall of Morning Mist" quest automatically triggers the "Adventure in the Land of Mists" quest. This involves aiding Bona in locating the Altar of Primal Flame.

Bona guides the Traveler to the Cradle of Fleeting Dreams fortress in Ochkanatlan's northwest. Here, players must defeat Tenebrous Mimiflora before activating a mechanism to finish the "Adventure in the Land of Mists" quest, which then unlocks the "Palace of the Vision Serpent" quest. This next quest requires purifying Abyssal Blight within Chu'ulel's Core.

Clearing the Abyssal Corruption

To cleanse the Abyssal Corruption, follow these steps:

1. Retrieve the Radiant Fragment from the platform.
2. Place it on the nearby Radiant Pillar to dispel the Abyssal Blight.
3. Defeat the resulting enemies.
4. Proceed to the northern Core of Chu'ulel: Interior.

Next:

1. Obtain the Radiant Fragment near the broken bridge.
2. Place it on the adjacent Radiant Pillar.
3. Descend through the floor opening.
4. Locate the Rust-Spotted Key in the library (near a jar).
5. Activate the elevator mechanism.
6. Ascend via the elevator.
7. Retrieve the previously placed Radiant Fragment.
8. Place it on the southwestern Radiant Pillar.
9. Head east.

Next:

1. Use the Rust-Spotted Key to unlock the sealed area.
2. Collect the two Radiant Fragments behind the wall.
3. Place them on the northwestern Radiant Pillar to activate the elevator.
4. Acquire the Pyroculus.
5. Activate the elevator to descend.
6. Collect the two Radiant Fragments (one from the elevator, one from the pillar near the door).
7. Open the door using the nearby mechanism.

1. Go southeast.
2. Place the final two Radiant Fragments.

This clears the Abyssal Blight, dropping the Chu'ulel Light Core. To continue the "Palace of the Vision Serpent" quest:

1. Protect the Light Core from enemies.
2. Return to Bona at the Cradle of Fleeting Dreams fortress.
3. Speak with Bona.

Quest completion rewards players with 50 Primogems, A Nameless Adventurer’s Notes, a Pyrophosphorite, and a Luxurious chest.
