Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (MGS Delta) has been rated M for Mature by the ESRB, and with this rating, it's confirmed that the Peep Demo Theater will make a comeback. This feature, known from the Subsistence and HD Collection versions of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, allows players to view all cutscenes featuring the female spy EVA in her underwear. Players can manipulate the camera angle and zoom in on any part of her body. To access this feature, players need to collect all cutscenes in the Demo Theater, which requires completing the game four times.

The M rating aligns with the game's themes of violence and gore, as players take on the role of an elite soldier navigating enemy territory. However, the return of the Peep Demo Theater, often referred to as "Creepy mode," has caught many fans off guard due to its explicit and controversial content.

Faster Camouflage System

In a significant quality-of-life update, MGS Delta introduces a streamlined camouflage switching system. A video shared by METAL GEAR OFFICIAL on Twitter (X) on March 28 showcased this new feature, allowing players to change camouflage for faces, uniforms, and more in less than three seconds. This is a marked improvement over the original Metal Gear Solid 3, where changing camouflage was a slow and cumbersome process that required navigating through multiple menus, disrupting the game's flow, especially during stealth segments.
