"Dead Cells Unveils Last Two Free Android Updates"
Dead Cells' journey of free updates, which began back in 2018, is drawing to a close. Fans of the roguelike action game can now dive into the final updates for Dead Cells Mobile on Android: Clean Cut and The End is Near. These updates mark the end of new content, but the game will continue to be playable. Let's delve into what these last updates bring to the table.
The updates introduce four exciting new weapons. Among them are the giant Sewing Scissors and the Misericorde sword, which delivers massive critical damage to enemies with less than half health. However, failing to finish off these foes results in a curse. Another addition, the Anathema, is a heavy-ranged weapon that explodes upon impact but curses the player if it hits anything. The new skill, Indulgence, unleashes a powerful beam of light that deals significant damage and can alleviate some curses.
In addition to weaponry, the updates offer new gameplay modes such as Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY, providing fresh challenges for seasoned players. There are also 40 new heads to customize your character's appearance, and an NPC dedicated to swapping these heads at your convenience.
New mutations and enemies also make their debut in these final updates. The Cursed Flask mutation allows you to use your health flask without consuming a charge, while Damned Vigor grants you a few seconds to kill an enemy and avoid death. Demonic Strength boosts your damage when you're cursed, adding a strategic layer to combat.
On the enemy front, the Sore Loser clings to you and curses you upon its defeat. The Curser launches guided cursed skulls and slashes at close range, while the formidable Doom Bringer can stack curses up to a lethal threshold of 50.
