Owlcat Games unveiled Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy, their upcoming cRPG sequel to the critically acclaimed Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.

Debuted at Warhammer Skulls 2025, Dark Heresy casts players as Inquisitors—the Imperium's ruthless witch hunters. Here's the official description:

Simultaneously, Owlcat detailed Rogue Trader's roadmap including Lex Imperialis—a 15-hour story DLC introducing Adeptus Arbites enforcers—and Season Pass 2 with two expansions.

Lex Imperialis plunges players into Imperial justice on June 24, 2025, featuring cybernetic war-beasts and a relentless Arbites companion named Solomorne Anthar.

Season Pass 2 promises two narrative expansions: one ventures into Trazyn the Infinite's Necron vault, while another explores the ghostly Processional of the Damned.

Each DLC delivers 15+ hours of gameplay with new companions, story-integrated quests, and innovative mechanics—continuing Rogue Trader's legacy.
