ByteDance Shifts US Publishing to Skystone in Major Overhaul

Instead, Skystone Games, a US-based company, is stepping in to manage these games, introducing new region-specific versions tailored for American players.

While TikTok has since returned, the same cannot be said for all the affected games. Marvel Snap, for instance, quickly sought a new publisher and found one in Skystone Games, which now oversees virtually all of ByteDance's US-published titles.

The unexpected involvement of mobile games in political maneuvers was not anticipated, yet it's a development that many players will appreciate. This transition ensures that fans can continue enjoying their favorite games, either as usual or through US-specific versions.
