The first requirement is **40,000 Tesserae**, which covers the monetary cost of the upgrade. Accumulating this amount will take time, so engage in various activities like gathering resources, farming, and completing quests. Regularly visit the Mines, fish when you can, and contribute new items to the Museum to boost your Tesserae earnings.
