What Are Training Stimulants in Atomfall & How to Use Them

Training Stimulants are a special item in Atomfall that enable you to unlock a variety of skill upgrades for your character. These stimulants are easily recognizable by the B.A.R.D label on their container lids and are scattered throughout the game's regions, including inside The Interchange.

While you might stumble upon these stimulants sitting alone, you're more likely to find them tucked away inside the large yellow B.A.R.D crates, which also hold other useful supplies. In some rare spots, you might even find more than one stimulant at a single location. Fortunately, they don't take up any inventory space, so you can collect as many as you find without worrying about your inventory limits.

The skills in Atomfall are divided into four main categories: Ranged Combat, Melee Combat, Survival, and Conditioning. Ranged and Melee Combat are straightforward, enhancing your prowess with guns and blades respectively. Survival skills help you in gathering resources and disarming traps, while Conditioning skills boost your physical resilience, such as increasing your health bar and improving heart rate recovery.
