Arrowhead Studios is actively developing the concept for their next game, following the stellar success of Helldivers 2, which was released a year ago and received overwhelmingly positive reviews. Creative Director Johan Pilestedt took to social media to share that he's working on a "high concept" for the upcoming project and encouraged fans to share their ideas.

The community's response was enthusiastic, with suggestions ranging from a remake of the classic shooter Smash TV to projects inspired by Star Fox. Pilestedt confirmed that Arrowhead had previously considered a Smash TV remake and also mentioned interest in a Star Fox-inspired "rail game."
