Krita: A Professional Digital Painting Application
Krita is a powerful, comprehensive digital painting program designed for artists of all levels. Whether you're creating illustrations, comics, animations, concept art, or storyboards, Krita provides the tools you need.
Featuring both standard and innovative tools, Krita enhances both enjoyment and productivity. Its advanced brush engines are ideal for sketching and painting, while stabilizers aid freehand inking. Tools for complex scene construction, a distraction-free mode, clone layers, layer styles, and non-destructive editing features (including filter and transform masks) are all included. Krita offers broad file format support, including PSD files.
Krita's capabilities extend to animation (with onion skinning and storyboarding support), comic book project management, Python scripting, a wide range of filters, selection and colorizing tools, color-managed workflows, customizable workspaces, and much more.
