Using the App and Reader Together:

Important Note: Alarms are device-specific (reader OR phone, not both). To receive phone alerts, start your sensor using the app. To receive reader alerts, start the sensor with the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader. After starting the sensor with the reader, you can still scan it with your phone.

The app and reader do not share data automatically. For complete data, scan your sensor every 8 hours with each device. LibreView.com provides a centralized platform to view data from all your devices.
