Application Description
UNO Star is a customer engagement and loyalty program designed to reward users.
The UNO Star program connects UNO Minda retailers, mechanics, and consumers on a single digital platform, fostering engagement.
Customers can register via the app or with assistance from UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval as per the terms and conditions. Enrollment is finalized only after approval.
Upon successful enrollment, mechanics, retailers, and end consumers can use the app to access benefits tailored to their specific category.
Retailers:
Through the UNO Star app, retailers can submit retailer loyalty coupons, browse the e-catalogue, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their behalf, and place orders.
Mechanics:
Mechanics receive loyalty benefits and can redeem coupon points on selected UNO Minda products featuring the UNO Star coupon. They can also view the e-catalogue.
Consumers:
Consumers can explore the e-catalogue within the app to learn about UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
