Before tackling the Bull Mural puzzle, ensure you have Pack-a-Punched your gun and defeated a Shock Mimic to acquire a Monocle. This Monocle is crucial for the subsequent steps in assembling the Ice Staff. Once you have the Monocle, navigate to the rightmost side of the tomb area, where you'll spot purple lanterns.

Your next task is to shoot all the purple lanterns in the area until the light in front of the Bull Mural begins to glow. Once this happens, approach the Bull Mural to see eight different symbols resembling Roman numerals illuminated on the Bull.
