Solaris Joins Battle of Polytopia, Threatens to Incinerate Square

The fiery Solaris tribe has now arrived in the mobile version of The Battle of Polytopia. Originally launched on PC a few months ago, this blazing counterpart to the frosty Polaris faction is here to ignite the Square!

The Solaris Turn Up the Heat in The Battle of Polytopia

The new Solaris skin transforms ice into fire, snow into ash, and calm lakes into molten lava. Technically, it's the same tribe—but now their strategy trades icy calculation for pure combustion.

This update also brings new lore, centered around an ancient war that has devastated entire worlds. After the icy Polaris encountered the mysterious Gaami, the conflict escalates with the arrival of the Ralmi.

The Ralmi are fire-wielding invaders who have emerged from below ground with ambitions to conquer the Square. Their first move was to bind the Solaris and unleash destructive fire magic across the land.

The Solaris Wield Fiery New Abilities

They can solidify lava from water, reshaping how players traverse the map. Units like the Pyro scorch surrounding tiles with every move, while Ash Archers can turn enemy troops to stone.

The Steam Wagon travels swiftly over lava rivers, and to expand your empire, Lava Banks generate stars by setting the terrain ablaze. Check out the Solaris in action below.

Master skills like Heatwork to create craters, Geothermics to power volcanic turbines, and Explosives for dramatic battlefield effects. Meanwhile, the Ralmi introduce dangerous new elements like the Tuagama Lizard and Igmina Crystals.
